Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is text-based coaching?

Text-based coaching is a written, real-time exchange during a scheduled window. Instead of meeting by phone or video, we communicate in writing — allowing for reflection, pacing, and depth without pressure. It’s ideal for seekers, creatives, neurodivergent individuals, or anyone who prefers thoughtful dialogue over quick conversation.

You choose a session length and time that fits your needs. During that window, I’ll be fully present and engaged in our written exchange. You can share, reflect, pause, or ask questions — and I’ll respond in real-time. Sessions ebb and flow naturally. For longer formats, I may suggest breaks or reflective pauses.

Nothing formal — just a willingness to be present. You’re welcome to reflect on what’s currently alive for you, but you don’t need a polished goal or agenda.

That’s completely fine. These sessions are built for spaciousness. You can pause, reflect, or step away — I’ll be present throughout your scheduled window. There’s no pressure to perform.

No. This is not therapy, and I’m not a licensed mental health provider. If you’re in crisis or need clinical support, please visit the Resources page for referral links.

I’m not a licensed therapist, but I bring deep lived experience, training in coaching and integration, and a grounded spiritual perspective. My background includes personal development, contemplative practice, and transformational work. You can learn more on the About page.

The 3-hour session includes a post-session written summary and integration plan sent within 24 hours. It provides more room to explore and unfold.

Yes. I offer monthly memberships with weekly reflection prompts, asynchronous check-ins, and one live session per month. It’s ideal for steady, intentional growth.

Sessions are non-refundable once they begin. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations are forfeited. If something serious arises, please reach out — I aim to be fair and human.

Use the Contact page to reach out anytime. I’m happy to answer questions or help you decide if this is a good fit.

Yes. Everything you share is confidential unless there’s an immediate risk of harm — in which case I may refer you to the appropriate resources.

Coaching is forward-facing and collaborative. Unlike therapy, it doesn’t diagnose or treat. Unlike consulting, I don’t offer one-size-fits-all advice. I help you access your own clarity through reflection and presence.

If you’re going through a transition, feeling spiritually unsettled, or want grounded support without pressure — this may be right for you. Especially if you’re reflective, neurodivergent, or craving depth.

Not for one-off or bundle clients. Ongoing support is included in the monthly memberships through asynchronous weekly threads. If you want more regular check-ins, we can discuss options.

No. You can book once, try a bundle, or join for a month. There’s no contract — you’re in control of the pace and depth of the work.

You don’t need to be. There’s no perfect way to show up. I’ll meet you where you are — whether you write in long streams or quiet pauses. Writing often unlocks clarity that can’t surface in real-time conversation.

Currently, I only offer one-on-one sessions. Small group or integration offerings may be available in the future — reach out if you’d like to be notified.

Yes — but please make sure they want it. I can create a custom booking link if you’d like to gift a session, as long as the recipient is open and willing to engage.

No. This practice is intentionally text-only. It allows for reflection and deeper presence, without the pressure or fatigue of live video. If you’re looking for face-to-face work, I’d be happy to refer you to others.
